Our 10 Favorite Hemp Seed Recipes

While hemp seeds do not contain any CBD, they are an incredibly nutritious super food. In a serving of three to four tablespoons of hemp seed, there is, according to the National Institute of Health:

  • More Omega-3 than salmon! And a perfect balance of Omega 3 and Omega 6
