With hearts made bigger by her, we say goodbye this week to Charlotte Figi, the little girl who changed the world. Her story of courage and her parents’ devotion to finding a cure for their little girl’s rare epilepsy birthed the entire movement of CBD research. Countless people successfully treated of chronic illnesses by CBD all thank sweet Charlotte and her parents for changing our lives and how we understand CBD. We would not be standing where we all are today without her, and with the greatest love and honor do we pay tribute to her life. At 13 years old, and the youngest person in Colorado to succumb to coronavirus-like symptoms, her short life made an everlasting impact on the entire world, and we know she is now changing heaven.

As Dr. Sanjya Gupta, the physician and chief CNN medical correspondent who first shared her story with the world, so beautifully said, “Charlotte’s life ended just as it began…in her mother’s arms, surrounded by family who loved her, cherished her, and protected her - all forever changed by this little girl, who forever changed the world and everyone, like me, who were caught in her glorious orbit.  Please rest in peace Charlotte.

Her mother Paige said she was still smiling and happy to the very end.”
